Welcome to Javun Skin Care. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Javun Pty Ltd ("Javun", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Purchases

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase via accepted methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

GST is included in prices for Australian customers. International customers may incur import duties or taxes, which are your responsibility.

Shipping costs and delivery times are as outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carriers.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Javun Pty Ltd or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided "as is" and without warranties except those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

These limitations do not affect any non-excludable rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations before seeking legal remedies.


Shipping and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy is compliant with the Australian Consumer Law and international shipping practices.

Domestic Shipping
We ship within Australia using trusted carriers. We may offer free or discounted shipping on orders above a certain threshold (see our website for current promotions).

Typical delivery time is 2–8 business days after dispatch at the following rates:

  - Standandard Post 3-8 Days at $9.90 for orders under $300.00 AUD.

  - Express Shipping 1-3 Days at $17.90

  - Free Standard Post 3-8 Days for any order $300.00 AUD or more.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import regulations, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind: Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, due to hygiene reasons. All sales of opened or used products are final unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (repair, replacement, or refund). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our support team within 14 days with evidence (photos and description) of the issue.

Return Process: Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging. We will provide return instructions if your return is authorised. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about your refund. If approved, we will refund the original payment method for the product price. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

International Returns: If you need to return an item from outside Australia, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs clearance processes. Customs duties paid on the original shipment may not be refunded by customs agencies.


Subscriptions

JAVUN offers a subscription service that provides ongoing delivery of selected product/s at a chosen frequency. By purchasing a product on subscription, you agree to the following terms.

 

Delivery & Billing

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
Your selected product will be automatically charged to your nominated payment method on a recurring basis, aligned with your original purchase date. However, products will be shipping out on the nearest delivery date. For example, if your monthly billing dates is on the 14th and that is a Saturday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday, the 16th. Even if Express Post is selected. 

 

Initial Commitment

Subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) deliveries.
Following the completion of the initial three deliveries, your subscription will continue on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

 

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your JAVUN account, with some options available after a minimum of 3 recurring subscription orders have been processed.

Available options include:
Adjusting delivery frequency
Skipping a delivery
Rescheduling your next order
Pausing your subscription

Changes to any subscription order/purchase must be made at least three (3) days prior to your next scheduled billing date via your account portal at https://account.javun.com.au/. Each subscription payment is processed at 3am AEST. Therefore, updates to any subscription order must be processed 3 full days prior to this time and date of your next scheduled subscription.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial three (3) deliveries.

Cancellation requests must be made at least three (3) days prior to your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

 

Pricing

Subscription pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase and is limited to one product or the original number of products per subscription order. Additional products can be added to a subscription delivery, but may be at full price not discounted rate.

JAVUN reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only.

 

Failed Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful, we may attempt to process the payment again daily for 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

 

General

Subscriptions are designed to support consistent use of JAVUN products over time.

You remain in full control of your subscription and may adjust your delivery preferences in accordance with the terms above.

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please note the following:

Usage Instructions
Always follow the directions for use provided with the product. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application to check for skin sensitivities. If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.

Allergy Warning
