Refund policy

We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy is compliant with the Australian Consumer Law and international shipping practices.

Change of Mind
Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, due to hygiene reasons. All sales of opened or used products are final unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (repair, replacement, or refund). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our support team within 14 days with evidence (photos and description) of the issue.

Return Process
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging. We will provide return instructions if your return is authorised. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about your refund. If approved, we will refund the original payment method for the product price. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

International Returns
If you need to return an item from outside Australia, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs clearance processes. Customs duties paid on the original shipment may not be refunded by customs agencies.
